Local Proof Digital is based in Las Vegas, Nevada. This policy explains what happens to information collected through localproofdigital.com. It does not describe how our clients handle information on their own websites.

Information we collect

When you submit the contact form, we receive the details you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number if supplied, website if supplied, the topic you select, and your message. If you email or call us, we receive the information you share in that conversation.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider and Google Analytics may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed, approximate location, referral source, and interactions with the site. Google Analytics records clicks on our call links and successful contact-form submissions as events. Those events do not include the contents of your form.

How we use information

We use the information you send to answer your question, provide a requested visibility review, discuss or deliver services you ask about, and keep records of our conversations. We use website analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site and to improve it. We do not sell the personal information you submit through this website.

Cookies and Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, which uses cookies and similar technologies to measure website visits and interactions. Google collects and processes information generated by your use of this site. For details, read how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can manage or block cookies in your browser. Google also provides a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Who receives information

We use a website hosting provider to deliver the site, Formspree to process contact-form submissions, an email provider to receive and answer messages, and Google Analytics to measure site activity. Those providers may receive the information needed to perform those services. The site also loads fonts from Google, which means your browser may connect to Google's servers. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not send contact-form field values to Google Analytics.

Third parties such as Google may collect information about your online activity over time and across websites that use their services, including this site. Their collection and use of that information is governed by their own policies and settings.

How long we keep information

We keep contact messages and related records for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, provide services you request, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations. Analytics data is kept according to the settings of our Google Analytics account. You can contact us about information you submitted using the email below.

Your privacy requests

To ask whether we have information you submitted, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, email dain@localproofdigital.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We may ask for information to verify that the request is yours. We will review your request and respond as required by applicable law; some records may need to be kept for legal or legitimate business reasons.

Nevada residents may use the same email to submit a verified request that we not sell covered information. We do not sell that information.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change this policy, we will post a notice at the top of this page and update its effective date. Please check this page for the current version.
